Ordering for the first time can be a challenging process. That’s why our expert team are here to help you every step of the way. We’ve been doing this for decades and we believe in keeping things simple.

Our website is the best place to start. We’re continually keeping our website updated with product and shipping information. You should be able to decide which products you wish to order. And there’s a lot of products to choose from.
Get a quotation
Using our website you can request a quotation. The quotation will also give you an indication of the total CBM so you can make sure your order is efficient for shipping.
Speak to our team
To proceed you will want to speak to our team who will provide you with further information including production lead times and further product assistance.
Place your order
To confirm your order you will have to send us a purchase order as well as a downpayment.
Custom Print
If some (or all) of the products in your order require customised printing then we will start the artwork process with you immediately. Our design team will assist you with designs and provide mockups. Production can only be planned after the artwork is confirmed and approved so we will help you complete this stage as quickly as possible.
Production
We will then plan your production, let you know of it’s estimated completion date, and keep you updated each week.
Delivery
When the production is nearing completion we will be in touch to organise the delivery with you.
